Mount Bethel is an amazing private school with many teachers who care about the students. Each teacher does an amazing job with educating the students, who are usually split into small classes, allowing for better learning opportunities. The teachers and faculty all have decent office time where students are free to ask questions. The one problem I have with Mount Bethel is that recently, many faculty have left and are being replaced, so I cannot currently comment on how well the school currently is, or will be, with this being my last year.
When I came to Mt. Bethel, everyone was very welcoming. It was a nice environment where I didn't have to be conscious of my religion because almost everyone shared my beliefs. I owe a lot to Mt. Bethel, it was a school that offered me refuge from a place where I didn't belong. The school offered multiple opportunities for me to join clubs, sports, and other extracurricular activities. The rigor challenged me and I received a better education than I would have virtually on online school.
Mt. Bethel Christian Academy, despite its small size, has a dependable, friendly, and caring staff. Block scheduling is also a plus. They can improve on expanding their extracurriculars and improving the cafeteria food. Also, there is not much security on the North Campus besides a doorbell at the front entrance and key cards for students. They need to improve their safety procedures for upcoming school years and a possibly bigger student body.
