I loved the culture here. It's not a very big school, so everyone knows each other, everyone is a lot closer than what would probably be at a school with a bigger class. Students and teachers are generally friendly and willing to help one another. I would like to see better funding for the arts and sports departments. There is so much talent and potential in both of these and it's a shame that they aren't funded quite enough. Both departments have given so much growth to great athletes and talented artists, it would be great it they could have some better opportunities to see their skills thrive.

As a local Christian pastor I am grateful that we can offer a Christian environment with high academic standards. The cultural diversity of the Academy is certainly another one of strengths. I have many parishioners who have graduated from MVA that are very successful in their careers, they continue to impact their communities and are valuable members of our church. Definitely take the time to check out the school.
I really enjoyed the teachers and the field trips over at Mountain View Academy. The teachers were very kind and since their were only about 15 students in each classroom, the teachers got to know us, and vice versa. Since we knew each other, learning was easier because no one was too embarrassed to ask a question. The field trips were fun because we always went really far, and sometimes the teachers would come along. Since there weren't any strangers in our school (because the school is small), the field trips were fun because we were all comfortable.
