I'm an upcoming Junior at MHHS, and I think this school is very good. They have a variety of academic challenges and opportunities, such as Honors and AP classes (no IB Program), clubs, and sports. The admin & staff respect ur belief & culture. They also allow me to pray in the school office whenever I need to, so I'm very thankful. Some ppl say that the teachers don't teach, but they actually do. I guess it was from the older kids because the school was still brand new, but now it is 6 years old & getting better. Currently, they are adding new classes for the 2020-2021 school year, such as Chinese 1 (only had Spanish & French before), World Religions class, Creative Writing class, and more! Some cons include that sometimes people get into fights (ppl are mostly nice tho) on campus and there is assigned SUCCESS! (extra period that ur teachers either assign you to or you choose) for the underclassmen. Food's mostly for meat-eaters, so I wouldn't recommend it for vegans & vegetarians.

Mountain House High School has excellent amenities provided for their students. Their library, labs, music room, dance room, and gym are top notch- allowing students to focus on what they are working on rather than being distracted by the environment they are in. The teachers are super attentive towards their students, however, a small amount should not even be qualified to be teachers. The school provides so many opportunities for their students to succeed, including SUCCESS, a time period where students have to attend the class they are struggling in if they receive a grade below what the school is expecting. There are various clubs and activities students can participate in, and school spirit is outstanding. Their sports department is slowly going up to the higher divisions. Diversity is prominent, there are students from every ethnicity I can think of which attend this school. Overall, I enjoyed my time at MHHS, and would recommend the school to others.
Mountain House High School is beyond different from any other high schools I've visited. Not only are the students kind, inclusive, unique, and proud, but so are the teachers and staff. At Mountain House High School, it always feels like home. You are always comfortable enough to ask teachers for help and there are many resources to take advantage of if in need of educational help. Students volunteer their lunches to be free tutors and teachers are always accessible, either in person or through email. Not only is the education system and staff at MHHS amazing, but the overall spirit. Even though MHHS was built recently, the traditions that it holds makes it feel like it's been open for decades. Everyone is always smiling, wearing their blue and silver Mustang Pride each Friday of every week and every month. I'm a 2020 graduate from Mountain House High School and I will definitely miss the student body, my teachers, and the happiness that it has brought to my life.
