I am so well prepared for college! Through Mount Alvernia I have grown as a confident and competent young woman. The workload can be tough especially during the senior year, but it is all worth it! As great as the school is, Mount Alvernia lacks diversity and needs some improvement to the facilities. However, the community as a whole is very welcoming and loving the students are like family and the faculty and administration work so hard to ensure that your time at Mount Alvernia is successful!

I really like Mount Alvernia! I started in seventh grade and can't imagine myself anywhere else. Mount Alvernia has given me the opportunity to pursue a variety of interests and opportunities, from being a sports team captain to also being a member of campus ministry and a National Honor Society member. Attending a small all-girls school has helped my confidence grow exponentially and put me into situations I never would've imagined for myself.
Attending a small all girls Franciscan tradition high school opens you up to a a new little world. From the very moment you step on campus, everyone knows and loves you. The faculty and the sisters care and thrive for you. It’s a small tight knit community!
