As with all schools, there are the mean girls and slight bullies but in my experience it's not too bad, but it could have changed. The only bullying I experienced was one person calling me a band nerd once and a kid of questionable integrity having a crush on me. It was mainly a predominately white school, but my best friend was of other ethnicity. There is some peer pressure to have a boyfriend or else you feel as if you aren't "cool" or "pretty" but that's the same at all schools.
While in this school I went through my brother dying of natural causes and the counselors and teachers were very very helpful and understanding with letting me make up my work and leaving the classroom to visit the counselor whenever I needed to. The dress code was semi-strict but not over board, only the average took in your shirt/ wear your I.D.
