The only thing I do not like about Morrisonville High School is the lack of diversity and open-mindedness in students. However, based in a town of 1,200 individuals in rural Illinois, I can understand those issues. On the other hand, I love literally everything else about Morrisonville High School. The majority of the teachers are excellent and always find a way to make the students laugh (all while learning, of course!). The students are close, even between grade levels, and the school-wide activities are like no other! The sense of community that is found at Morrisonville High School cannot be replicated anywhere else, and for that, I am incredibly proud of my school. For a tiny high school, MHS is the best of the best.

I have loved going to Morrisonville for my educational journey from kindergarten to my senior year. I love the teachers and staff, the teachers care so much about the students success and goal accomplishing. My experience with the Morrisonville's teachers is amazing, I could not ask for more helpful and caring role models. If I had to change something about Morrisonville High School, it would have to be the amount of money the school receives because even though it is an amazing school it has very limited opportunities and classes. Other then class variation I would change anything about my amazing school.
After graduating, I immediately moved away from this small town area and moved to Chicago. It was definitely a culture shock to me because I was so used to a very small community with basically nothing around it. I made this move a great experience because I had to push myself out of this shell that I was in and I had to force myself into becoming familiar with "the real world".
