My overall experience has been great. I enjoyed taking rigorous classes such as honers and AP. I think that having career technical classes is great, the few that are offered are amazing. There are many academic resources offered to students and opportunities for support. Also, there is a variety of clubs and sports. For example, I was in six clubs by the end of my senior year. All staff are helpful and willing to be a support system for any student. They show that they care for students and want the best for them. Applying to college is a huge push from advisors, even if it's just community college. What could improve is mental health resources.

I like how Moreno Valley High School feels at home for me. Others might talk bad about the school, but this school has teachers that care. I've been lucky to have many teachers and counselors that have helped/taught me well throughout my entire high school years. I also love how the staff greets everyone and are respectful. The cafeteria staff, janitors, and campus supervisors have all been great help and I can't thank them enough. I also love the support our principal has given every single one of the students in school.
I thought the school would be very old looking because my father and uncle both attended when they were around my age. The school is currently going through new changes in order to be more modern. I liked the fact that my counselors were very helpful in assisting me in choosing my classes. I was able to graduate thanks to my teachers and counselors. All the staff and campus supervisors were all nice and made sure that every student was safe. The principal, Ms. Brown, made sure that every student made it to class on time. If I would want the school to change, I guess I would want them to change their lunches. The same items of food were served everyday and it became tiring. I would also like more attention on choir because they do not get a lot of chances to perform for the students. Other than that, I enjoyed the overall experience of the high school. I liked all traditions I was able to take part of.
