Like all other schools, Moon Valley has its faults. Here, I hardly ever see bullying amongst students. Sure, there are occasionally fights, but groups don't hassle each other. It's easy to make good friends simply by joining a club. The program facilitators do awesome jobs of making their club or sport fun for everyone, and not just competitive with a strong focus on winning. Most classes are great, but some have hit-or-miss teachers. Despite this, there is plenty of peer assistance available on campus for tutoring or just general guidance from those who are more experienced.

The entirety of the staff works hard to provide a quality education in a safe environment. I have very few issues with rules and regulations and how they are enforced. Every year the counselors work tirelessly to place students in their desired courses. The honors and AP program of academics is spectacular, the teachers are all phenomenal. In very recent years, the music/arts department has been revived and rebooted thanks to the new teachers, who are absolutely amazing. It is very clear that Moon Valley hires individuals who are dedicated to their job and will provide an unforgettable experience to any student who makes the most of their resources.
Each teacher I’ve had contained such great passion in what they do and for their students. The teachers truly care to help their students succeed. I haven’t met a single teacher that didn’t want to do better the next day, and that’s what makes Moon Valley stand out. Although not all students have the best personality or morals, they all have great hearts and great ambition.
