I have had a very good experience at moody high school from teachers and student. The pandemic is being handled with great car and the teachers have graciously decided to do in person and remote learning even though it is harder on them. I like the academics at moody high school because they give you the opportunity for AP classes and the only thing I would change is the music portion, more specifically there is no choir, and for the rest I can't complain. It is a really good school as far as anything else.
I enjoyed Moody High School as it is a small school and everyone knows everyone. You can really connect with other students and teachers much easier than if you went to a larger school. You can also participate in a lot of sports and extra curricular activities due to there not being many students. I got to participate in all the sports and clubs I wanted to and really enjoyed them all.
Moody High School was a miserable experience for most students who weren't part of an already well known family in Moody. The very few who weren't well known in Moody yet still liked by teachers were usually high class know it alls who have the same preferences as many teachers. Favoritism was a huge problem and many students were looked down upon if they didn't participate in things such as athletics or UIL. Not good at all for a student who doesn't want to follow the crowd.
