I loved my experience at Montgomery with the atmosphere and students and teachers. I joined lots of different clubs and got to know a lot of different people. I participated in the International Baccalaureate program and found the teachers extremely passionate about helping their students succeed, however, it was a lot of stress and work that took out of the time I had to hang out with friends and participate in normal high school experiences. If you are willing to make that sacrifice then there are multiple resources to help you achieve your goals!

In my first years of attending this particular high school, I was excited, yet nervous due to mystery expectations. The classes all-in-all weren't too difficult, and the staff and teachers were all great from my personal experience, but there were ways for my personal habits to succumb myself to get distracted. At times, though, a teacher of mine may not have the capability or desire to teach at all (world history and biology), so majority of students slacked off and this deducted the result in learning, which seems contrary to the fact that it's a school. A greater number of my teachers, though, have persuaded me to do my best and to not fail in any of my classes, thus obtaining acceptable grades on my transcripts that my parents approve of sincerely. If there was something this school can change, it would be to fix certain academic classes within their facility to provide a greater education for those who actually want to learn something.
The school is old and is falling apart. Most of the teachers are very versed in their respective subjects. I especially enjoyed taking the science and math classes here, especially the higher level classes like Calculus and IB Physics. However, although the teachers are mostly great, there is a lack of school unity since the environment of the school becomes drab in the winter and fall due to the leaky buildings and classrooms. Students aren't compelled to have a good time of enjoy their time at the establishment.
