Our son is a recent graduate of MBA, and we were thoroughly impressed, pleased and grateful! The school really understands boys and takes teaching and learning very seriously. Our son enjoyed the friends he made, and admires and respects his teachers. The faculty is top-notch and committed to the school and the boys. There are many ways for the students to explore various avenues of developing themselves as people - music, the arts, athletics, service. If you have a son who will be entering into middle school, you owe it to yourself to give MBA a long look!

Our two sons attend MBA for the past 5 years, and the school is above and beyond expectations. My husband and I often wish that we had had the opportunities and challenges presented to MBA boys during 7th through 12th grades.

The commitment to excellence is apparent in every department, and most boys not only compete in a large variety of athletics (including crew and skeet shooting) , but also sing, plan an instrument or participate in drama/art.

The campus is urban, but large and expanding during the next 2 years. Roll Red Roll!
The school fosters a great camaraderie among the boys. Send your son here if you want an environment where the boys celebrate and root for both the football player and the chess player. It’s tough academically with an intense workload, but it’s great preparation for college. The teachers are super smart and dedicated, and the boys are aware of this and respect and admire their teachers. The focus at MBA on honor, integrity, selflessness, and courage is a refreshing change from the current culture, and the honor code at MBA is taken seriously. There are also grants at MBA for boys to go on exchange to schools throughout the world, as well as grants for summer programs throughout the U.S. We’ve loved MBA and have seen our sons grow immensely at this place.
