Montessori Center of Our Lady Reviews
They are now located in a newly-constructed building that has a great set-up for the school's purposes. They also now have a newer, good-sized, gated playground. There is a computer teacher, and kids at the kindergarten level are taught "computer class" on an individual basis. The student / teacher ratios are more than adequate. There are plenty of opportunities for parent involvement. Parents (or local day care centers if parents use them) provide transportation to and from school. Students are dropped off from your vehicle right at the front door, which is a nice way to give your little one a smidge of independence. One may chose either a half-day program, or a full-day program, and children will attend Monday through Friday. The Montessori programming of child-directed learning combined with a Catholic philosophy to education is a unique combination that you really can't find anywhere else in our area at the preschool level.
There were never any bullying issues that came up during our time at this school. The building is secure, the area is very safe. I never worried about my child's safety or health while at Montessori Center of Our Lady.
The administration and staff are very involved. We had no issues with policies, bullying, or dress codes.
