My experience at Monterey was one I will never forget. I enjoyed meeting new people and becoming friends with different types of people. One experience I will always remember is playing soccer for Monterey. Even though I only scored 2 goals within 14 games I enjoyed those two special moments. Also, the moments I spent with my team and going out of town and having a fantastic time that will never be forgotten! High school is almost over for me and I can’t wait to experience my final moments of High school. I’m excited for prom and having a great time with my friends even though we all don’t have dates we are all going with each other to have a great time. Most importantly I’m nervous but excited to walk the state and even better I’m in the front row and get to watch all my friends walk across the state too and just cherish the last moment.
My time in high school has been an emotional roller coaster. Over all Monterey High has been a spectacular experience. There is a happy face and helpful hand around every corner. This school has opened many new experiences for me from there excellent sports to their medical programs.
Softball has been one of my favorite getaways for years now coming into highschool I thought it was going to be easy or their coaches where going to be hateful like in the movies, but it has been the complete opposite. The coaches brought me in open arms and have helped me succeed not only in sports but academically.
Monterey has many programs you can take as for me I'm in the health field. I take two health classes a day, and they teach me the things I need to know such as anatomy and physiology. Senior year I could receive my NA(Nurse Assistant) or EMT license. The teachers strive to help us succeed and push us to do our best.
High school has been an amazing experience so far.
