My experience with MHS has been great! Their are many opportunities, classes, and clubs that can be taken advantage of by students to help in their academic goals. Thanks to citrus college’s sponsoring of The Early College Program at MHS, it is a high school I would rather go to than any other private school.

The school is very active with parents and students alike and provides proper care for both students and faculty members, according to my own observations.

The teachers are well-educated, honors or not, and teach the subjects very well.

Overall the schools is amazing. Definitely above average!

Monrovia High School is an average high school but there is a lot of things that need to be changed. Some of their policies are unfair to the students in order for them to graduate. One of the admins needs to take sensitivity training. The school cultural appropriates the black culture which is bad. The school usually gets a bomb or gun threat every year. But there is some teachers that actually care about your future and they will assist you on the subject or can give you life advice and also critique you on your work and give you feedback on your work. And the school usually appreciates big sports like football, baseball and volleyball. But they don't appreciate sports that actually go to big competitions like tennis, track and wresting.
In all the years that I went to MHS it was a blast. Sure as a freshman it was scary meeting new people, and not knowing anything about the area. But I became friends with new people really quickly everyone there is nice and so welcoming. To my suprise there was any sign of bulling at all in the 4 years that I was there. I currently still am. The teachers there will assist you in any way shape or from. The staff are wonderful and pretty funny, but still take there job pretty serious. Anyways that's about it for my review about my school and I hope all the new freshman that will go to this school have a goodd time and make a bunch of wonderful memories.
