My time attending Monarch High School was a thrilling adventure for me. The way that this school gave me, it blew me away. Thanks to their helpful supports and sources, I was able to succeed rather than just surviving high school and so on to college. My biggest experience aside from earning many academic achievements and rewards at Monarch was the friends I made. Friends who were different from me were always there for me, and I was there for them and will always support each other in our different paths. Having these great moments at Monarch, even though I wasn't a big fan of our food system, I would recommend upcoming freshmen to attend here. Monarch has great staff, faculty members, and great benefits to help you in your path. For the future of this thriving school, things will change, and as a high school grad. I just hope they make their food better in the future. But all in all, Monarch high school has changed me to the man of who I am today. Sko-Yotes!

Monarch High School (or MoHi) is a FANTASTIC place for your children to attend high school. One of the main selling points has to be the concrete floors making you feel trapped and like a prisoner walking through the halls of a state penitentiary. The bathrooms always smell especially fruity, and the students have a special sense of bonding in there. I saw someone on their knees helping out their friend. So nice! The teachers give student at least one night's warning before a test, so there's only one sleepless night in the student's life. Don't even get me started on the student culture. Student's love their school, and each other. They even love each other in staircases! Overall, amazing school, and admin knows exactly what they're doing. 10/10!
Monarch has a wide variety of classes that let you discover and develop interests. Passions can flourish because most classes have several levels, so students can immerse themselves in a subject for several years. In addition, the system makes seeking help from teachers easy. "Access Time" is built into the school schedule, so getting one-on-one help from teachers lets you fully learn and understand the material. Setting students up to succeed in school massively impacts their high school experience, and furthermore, their lives. Even better, there's an abundance of extracurricular opportunities that makes it easy to become involved. Joining clubs and activities is encouraged, and school time is designated for them. Emphasis on extracurricular activities allows kids to enhance teamwork and leadership skills. However, I dislike how teachers that mistreat students and disrupt the learning environment are rarely punished or held accountable, and it feels like our voices are ignored.
