What I like about Monadnock Regional High School is the English program. All of the teachers are very dedicated to their jobs and to make sure their students get the most amazing education that they can receive. From freshman year to senior year, I have never had a bad thing to say about the teachers. They all help whenever you need, are willing to stay after school, and to be there for you even if it doesn't revolve around English or literature. Something I would like to change is the fact that there is a lot of kids who are disrespectful to the teachers. It is unacceptable and an adult should not be treated how they are by a high school student. I could try and change this by whenever I see someone be rude or harsh, I tell them that that is not alright to say and that the teacher is trying their best to help us and our futures.
Monadnock truly is a wonderful school. They’re done a great job adapting with COVID-19. However, sometimes interactions with administrators can feel a bit impersonal.
Overall the schools diversity is very poor. The staff and teachers are very good and welcoming to students. The school has delt with covid protocols in a safe way that allows student to still have access to the school's facilities.
