Moline Sr. High School has had a legacy of having capable teachers and many activities and sports for students. The school is being improved with not only a new performing arts facility but also a new athletic facility coming in the next year. There are many activities and clubs for students ranging from Intramurals to Spanish Heritage Club to Robotics Club. The teachers and faculty work hard to make it a safe and friendly environment for all students, and clubs like Natural Helpers also exist to create a system for all students to help each other out and support each other. The only complaints I have would be the athletic facilities, most notably the swimming pool. They are improving the facilities within the next year, however.

I had a bittersweet experience at Moline Highschool. Most of the teachers were great, but I had some of the normal struggles that come along with the highschool experience. I really enjoyed the music program, clubs, counseling services, and the English department. I also appreciated that the school promotes diversity by providing a GSA club and clubs for students who spoke Spanish.
Mr. Morton and Mrs. Pielak were amazing teachers. Mr. Morton was able to raise over a million dollars for the music program, and Mrs. Pielak was able to prepare my Honors English class for college. I have never seen people that are so passionate about their jobs. The counseling program was amazing because they were able to organize class schedules efficiently and provide therapists for students that were struggling. Overall, the school had an amazing English program and music program, as well as an effective counseling program.
Moline High School is one of the best high schools in the Quad Cities. The teachers are some of the most inviting, understanding, and intelligent people I've encountered in my life. Not only do they educate their students beyond expectations, they meet everyone who enters their classrooms with respect, and warmth. The clubs at MHS give a very similar environment. There are clubs for everything, whether it's the Chess Club, the Video Game Club, Natural Helpers, or Link Crew everyone has a chance and is encouraged to get involved. The friendships and support systems at Moline are like none other. Superfans travel just to support the football team, and when a player is hurt, the school and community do whatever they can to help. I rate my experience at Moline High School as a 5/5 because I couldn't have asked for a better high school experience and Moline provided that for me.
