Over the years I've been enrolled I have gained so much more than just academic knowledge. My time here at Mission Oak was filled with opportunities I never would have imagined being able to receive, such as building relationships with many of my fellow students and staff, being able to participate in activities inside and outside of school that tie into my future goals (musical education), and receiving leadership roles that helped me understand the importance of responsibility and communication. Every single program has grown so, so much from its recent years; for example, the school marching band has never earned so many first place trophies and so much support from the community since the last four years, when Oddie Lambert was hired for the position as band director. I can NOT imagine being enrolled anywhere else and I am thankful for each and every person I have met throughout my time.

I really enjoyed attending Mission Oak High School, I had very supportive teachers and counselors. There is a lot of opportunities for help when I struggled, there could be school spirit, but the opportunities for fun extra curricular activities was very good as well. The counselors could be more involved in every students preparedness for college, but overall they are very attentive to their students. The campus is very beautiful and safe, I feel very at home at school. The maintenance people and even the security guards make time to interact with the students making everyday more enjoyable for everyone. One thing I would change is that not all Tulare campus' have all the same opportunities for classes, and going into my senior year there are defiantly some classes I wish I could take that I was told I could not take as the other Tulare campus' have first choice. Overall attending Mission Oak High School is a great experience.
Mission Oak was a wonderful experience for me. Mission Oak made me the person I am today due to the fact that I spent four years there. The campus is just beautiful and very spacious. There is not much to complain about because the staff is great! All teachers and counselors are reliable and trustworthy. The classes are challenging, but only if you do not pay attention. The one thing I wish I could change is the food. The food isn't bad, but it also isn't great. We have the same selection of food and snacks every day and after a while it gets pretty disappointing.
