I think its a very good high school that opens the doors to a college experience or college opportunities. Although we lack counselors with our size, we also have EPCC (El Paso Community College) benefits. Flexible schedules too on Fridays and has an open campus for lunch. Our clubs and organizations put out effort during school festivals and competitive. We have that ability to also take classes on Friday for clubs, class, study hall, leisure activity, etc. This school though is not for any sports players since the sport is more of a leisure activity no competition between other highschools. As school I rate is as lively and fast pace especially during lunch, but there are many hardships in learning the material somewhat accelerated. Our school doesn't have too many bullying issues as we have a little above a hundred per class. Also meaning that its almost impossible not to know everyone in your grade level. One of the best schools in my opinion as students think about future here.

Mission Early College High School is a very high standard school. The courses is vigorous and can be difficult at times. Although this is the case some of the time, this school is like a family. Our campus is very small and every teacher and administrator knows who you are. I can say with full honesty that every single person who works at MECHS genuinely cares about you so much. Everyone will go out of their way to help you with whatever you need. It's not a traditional high school but everyone tries to make sure you get even a taste of the "real" high school experience by including events like a homecoming pep rally and the homecoming dances even though we don't have any real homecoming games. We have other events throughout the year and of course we have the prom at the end of the year This school has been nothing but exceptional in my experience and I am glad that everyone who attends is held at a great standard and are pushed to achieve their greatest potential.
An amazing school with a welcoming faculty. The student population may be low and there may not be any sports, but its main focus is academics. Gives a head start to college and students are taking community college classes while taking high school classes, getting their associate's degree while still in high school. This is definitely a school for students who treasure their future as well as academics.
