Here at at Mirus, students enjoy the best of both worlds-- a small school environment with big school amenities. From the small things (like hanging out the lockers with friends or auditioning for the school play) to the big things (like earning your letter jacket or going to prom), Mirus provides the "teen experience" that is important to students but is often missing at similarly-sized small schools. Schedule your visit to Mirus Academy today to see how a school can provide challenging, college-preparatory academics while maintaining a lower-stress environment for today’s teen.

Mirus is our hidden gem. Well-suited to the smaller learning environment, our child achieves increasing realization of personal potential.

    Some highlights:

    - Academic rigor (Honors option in all core-five courses, on-campus AP courses, frequent dual-credit through UT system - significant!)

    - “Collegiate System” (visit online for further explanation), requiring increased student self-management, among many, many benefits

    - Obligatory Instructor availability (outside class hours) directly grants access to all requested/necessary 1-on-1 support from their own instructor (a life-saver in Precalc!)

    - Excellent postsecondary planning, from identifying optimal individualized opportunities (virtually all graduates head to a strong assortment of colleges)

    - Plentiful extracurriculars

    - Much more, so few characters for reviews...

This is our 3rd year at Mirus. It's like a second home, they are wonderful, supportive, and our child is getting an EXCELLENT education. We feel confident he will be able to get a good scholarship for college. The staff and teachers are the best! Safe and secure school, with open door policy for owner, teachers and staff, they are there to help! Love it!
I have been a student at Mirus for years now. I know all of my teachers personally, which has greatly impacted and helped my academic experience. The small classes and personal relationships with administration has given me better opportunities than I received at public school.
