I am going into my senior year at Mira Mesa High and I have so far loved being there! The school is full of excellent teachers, interesting classes (ceramics, psychology, photography, and more), and awesome programs like band and theater. Like all schools, it has its issues, but overall there is enough good to outweigh the boring and inconvenient. There are clubs for almost every interest and the AP program is very well done.

The diversity of students is great! The resources of what scholarships are available and technology is helpful. However, when serious events occur, the administration either keep it on the down low or involve themselves into situations that are not even theirs to control.
I love Mira Mesa High School! I think that the school is very diverse, and has a place for everyone. The performing arts program there is absolutely wonderful and I have never seen anything like it. Although there are some teachers that I do not like and feel that they're not the best teachers, that happens at all schools no matter what.
