Minnetonka is in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota, the high school has over 3,000 students in attendance . Minnetonka is an incredible place to be for competitive student. From IB, AP, PSEO, research, to vantage programs the range of available classes is astounding. Of course, International Studies, a course where students get to learn about and subsequently travel to a country, is also available. Clearly, the wide variety of classes available points to how many resources Minnetonka wants to offers its students.

There are also many art classes available at Minnetonka. The school takes its art classes as seriously as regular classes, and invests into them. From photography to jewelry, Minnetonka works incredibly hard to help students find their passion. There are also AP Art classes that are easily accessible to students. The vast resources at Minnetonka point to how hard the faculty work to ensure the success and exploration of every student who steps into its building!

Minnetonka High School wants for you to succeed. They offer so many opportunities, have so many clubs and activities, and they have such a great support system. This school does everything in their power to see you have success. Minnetonka high school offers tons of different academic programs, designed to help you grow as a student and as a person. These programs include AP, IB, VANTAGE, Minnetonka Research, and Capstone. With hundreds of different clubs to choose from, and the opportunity to create your own club, there is a group for anyone. The culture at Minnetonka is great, the staff always want to see you succeed. The school has recently emphasized decreasing stress and has put lots of attention into making sure all the students know about how the counseling department can help you. Overall, my experience at Minnetonka High School has been absolutely amazing.
Minnetonka High School is a great school for supporting the success of students and only wanting what is best for them, especially academically. People call it a pressure cooker, and I'd say that such statement is correct. When you are in a class that is so successful in not only school but sports, you feel as if you must be able to compete with everyone to try to stick out or at least be different. I've lucked out with having some of the best teachers, occasionally being instructed by some that I didn't necessarily click with. Regardless of the experience in each individual classroom, I have finally put together study habits that work for me and that are going to be beneficial for my future. The people that I have met through Minnetonka High School are true blessings, I have wonderful friendships that I hope to keep for the rest of my life.
