The administration spends more time pretending to care about students than actually making any changes to benefit them. The teachers have carried this place on its backs and rather than pay them what they deserve, money is instead allocated to sports and renovations.

This school is very welcoming to all students of every race, ethnicity, religion, etc and is very accepting. The district supports students who were on the daca program, which is great. We’ve had assemblies and videos made discussing race and social issues which is good to be educated on. The staff and students are really helpful as well. As and underclassmen, I fell comfortable talking to seniors about what classes I should take and what field I should go into. Overall, Milwaukie is a great hs that is very accepting and helps students succeed.
My experience attending Milwaukie High School was overall very good. I was a two sport athlete, both football and wrestling. The coaches were very enthusiastic and were always willing to help. Educationally the high school was great. The teachers at the school are always willing to help you, they were always willing to stay late or come early to get you the help you needed. My experience was good.
