There are select teachers there that are absolutely wonderful. But for me to learn anything I work hard enough to skip a math class so I could be in the higher math class with less people. I feel that's where I struggled the most. But the Art teacher at the time was by far the most annoying person when school was in session but the coolest guy when he did the after school Esports Team. He's the reason this rating is a 3 and not a 1. He was the art teacher AND was cool. He even check up on me one day when I wasn't having the best of days. He didn't have to do that and I gave the cold shoulder, but he did make me feel a lot better!

This school has room for improvement. The academics aren't the primary focus which in the long run kills the students chances at going to decent colleges. Clubs and activities aren't promoted enough despite the school's reputation of being excellent in them. Sports are the focus of the school, but for some reason the school doesn't know how to keep good people around to push students to go to that extra mile. The students here aren't ready for college in the slightest. Some of he teachers try to force down your throat information that isn't essential to going to college or paying for it. The school doesn't receive the resources it needs and when it does it fails to use them correctly. Despite all this the school has a positive atmosphere around it. Most of the teachers expect those few described earlier have a true care of the students and try to push them whenever they can to be something better in life then what's promoted in contemporary society.
Career Academy is a good school. The academics are good to me I have not witnessed one teacher that was not there to teach. Although some teachers teach differently I believe they all have the same motive. Sports are excellent to me are one of the best high-schools for sports. Like all teams we lose games, but it is rare. The school prepares us for college as they should. We have meetings and on our down time we have opportunities to get information or apply for colleges and scholarships. The only thing I do not like about my school is that sometimes the staff and or administrators can be selfish. For example, because they have already graduated they do not care how hard they are making it on us. School is like prison rather then school, I thought school was suppose to be enjoyable.
