Millennium Art Academy is a school where students can express their creativity without any barriers. There are a variety of opportunities for students to express their creativity in different forms such as drawing, painting, theatre, photography, and much more. There are activities throughout the year to look forward to such as holiday bashes and talent shows. Millennium is a very close-knit community and accepting of all students. Every teacher I've had from freshman year to senior year were intelligent and caring. They put in an immense amount of effort to help every student succeed and took time out of their busy schedules to provide support to those who need it. The bonds I've created with my teachers and peers have made my high school years the most memorable.
Millennium Art Academy is like trying out a new dish of food, either you will love it or you are gonna vomit your heart out. For me personally I was sorta in the middle. I enjoyed the environment, the teachers, and the diverse amount of students at an extent. It's a very nervous experience since there are so many people but after a while of adapting to the school you begin to appreciate the small details about it. However, if you let your guard down for a split moment you are gonna find yourself vomiting it all up because of the horrible after taste. Most teachers are alright, but some can be unprofessional. The deans can be very biased and have favoritism to certain students. Students are either not treated with respect or not disciplined enough. Fights tend to break out, mental breakdowns tend to be seen, its not a pretty sight. Therefore, be warned if you wanna go there, don't let your guard down. But still enjoy the small things that make the school pretty alright.
Millennium Art Academy made me love education again. I genuinely have nothing bad to say about this school. It was the best 4 years I had. I loved all the teachers, the classes, the students - everything. I think I've really grown and maybe even peaked during my time there. I would honestly do it all over again.
