I'm the parent of two Millbrook students, and we are strongly considering the school for our third child. Why? Because each child is "known and needed" at Millbrook. They work enormously hard to understand who your child is, what makes them tick and what will help them become the best version of themselves. I have two very different kids who both found success at this school. While there are many areas of excellence at the school (gorgeous campus, thoughtful curriculum, wide variety of sports and arts options, terrific attention to college prep, warm community), I have to cite the superb faculty and school leadership. I can honestly say that they are inspiring, nurturing, responsive and determined to help my sons succeed. Simply put, my sons became better people by being around the world class human beings at Millbrook. My husband and I are so grateful!

The Millbrook School provides the perfect learning environment for students looking for an education at an independent school. Millbrook's culture was built off of the saying of "known and needed," as all students are truly valued by all community members. My children all had the most amazing experiences at this school, and i clearly saw how much they all grew simply from attending boarding school. Choose Millbrook!
I am the parent of a current student, in his junior year. To say Millbrook has shaped the person he is, and that the challenging academics and care from a community of intelligent and supportive faculty have set him on a path towards a greater future, would be an understatement. The experience at Millbrook has gone beyond that. Their care and sense of community extends to every family, from every corner of campus. We’ve had positive interactions with all faculty, administration, admissions, and staff. Our son has found an extension of family that will stay with him long after graduation. He has stepped into a leadership role, and is thriving in an atmosphere of support. Millbrook has become a vital part of our family. We had always been in public schools, and still have one (younger) student in public school, and I can say without reservation that Millbrook's level of academic rigor, student engagement, and commitment to the value of each student, is unmatched by other schools.
