This is by far the best high school I have gone to. This is an amazing high school full of so many different opportunities. The school is very inclusive and there are lots of clubs and groups for students to get involved in. I would absolutely recommend Mill Valley to anyone who might be considering it. The students and staff truly make this an amazing high school and the opportunities are endless. All of the sports teams are absolutely phenomenal! Clubs and sports teams are constantly bringing home new state and national titles each year. Mill Valley is an amazing high school and an amazing community to be apart of!
Overall, my experience at Mill Valley has been very good. I've been involved in several academic activities which have provided me with a wonderful community of friends and a variety of opportunities. The sports teams perform very well at state competitions, along with other activities like journalism. There are numerous advanced classes to choose, and overall, the teachers do their jobs well and care about both their students grades and wellbeing. However, the school is not very diverse; I'd estimate over 90% of the student population is white.
Mill Valley is a very good school. All of the kids are very friendly and you get a sense of community at Mill Valley. There are so many activities to get involved in and many chances to meet to new people. Mill Valley is also a very nice school in means of the building and exterior and all of the teachers make it feel like home. Sports games, dances, fundraisers and so much more are just some parts of Mill Valley that make it enjoyable. If I were to see changes at Mill Valley I would like to see more mental health classes because I feel like that needs to be taught and expressed more. Many high school students struggle with mental health and making more opportunities to talk about that would help. But overall Mill Valley is a great school to attend at.
