Milken Community Schools Reviews

Milken has AMAZING teachers and an awesome college counseling system, and also facilitates an incredibly caring environment (when it comes to the adults). However, my grade was incredibly cliquey (beyond traditional high school norms) and I've heard the same sentiment shared by students in other grades. Also, as caring as administration can be, sometimes they are little too uptight and students deserve to be given more freedom.

Milken has given me many opportunities and has broadened my views on many different topics. Since the very beginning, I have been provided with the necessary resources to exceed. I have been taught many different values, including religious and academic values. Milken's top priority is to see their students succeed and it is evidently shown through their well rounded students.
Milken is an incredible school. Unlike other private schools, the staff goes out of their way to make every individual feel prepared, safe and engaged-- often staying after school to aid them. My daughter, once bullied and disappointed with the acedmics at another school was shocked when she entered Milken at both the warmth of her classmates and support from her teachers. The advisory program truly advanced her social situation and has guided her on how to surrvive the first year of high school.
