Middleton Elementary-lacks of diversity, racial and culture bias leads to:
1. Minority students are more likely to be discipline and accused for classroom misbehavior than their white peers.
2. Staff members play favorites when it comes to classroom discipline.
3. Minority students are being singled out
5. Minority students are “ always going to be wrong” regardless and how well they do in school socially, behaviorally and academically.

The educators need to treat “children” as they want their children to be treated. For God’s sake, they are children. I hope school leaders acknowledge that there is racial and culture bias in the school and they need to trained their staff members properly.
