Attending Middle College High School has been a meaningful and unforgettable experience. It's a very safe and welcoming environment filled with positivity and encouragement. There is always something fun to do at this school and it never falls short of engaging clubs and activities. What makes attending this school even more advantageous is that it incorporates college classes in our high school curriculum. It may feel overwhelming at times but the lessons and schoolwork are truly effective and they positively impact our learning experience. I have met so many kind and warmhearted people at this school that have changed my life for the better. The staff is very thoughtful and considerate and is always there for the students. I have grown very close to these people and it has always felt like we have all been a part of one big family. While the teachers are extremely kind and understanding towards the students, my peers and I can all agree that their teaching skills need improvement.
Middle College High School is amazing! Not only do we get to take both college and High School Classes, but the staff there is incredible. Every teacher I've had has always wanted nothing but the best for me. On top of that, it's easy to connect with everyone because of the low class size.
Over the four years of attending Middle College High School, I can say that it was all worth it in the end. Although my experience at this school was not like any ordinary high school student, I definitely had the opportunity to complete college courses along with high school classes. I had the opportunity to explore classes across different departments where I was able to narrow down the options for what major to pursue in. The college courses that I completed have been transferred to the university I currently attend which has saved me time and money. Additionally, the school's atmosphere feels welcoming .The school is small which has made it easier to communicate with the teachers/professors and get to know other students across all grades. Furthermore, something I would change about this school would be adding activities that will want students to participate in. The food would be also another factor I would change. Overall, its great academically.
