This highly competitive public high school in Guilford Country Schools, North Carolina provides its students with only Honors, AP, and college classes. College classes are paid for by Guilford County Schools, allowing students to take prerequisite college classes at no cost as long as they keep their grades up. Teachers and staff at the Middle College at UNC-G are committed to their students and even give their free time to support and tutor students to need them. Resources extend to the college campus; UNC-Greensboro's labs, library, and multiple buildings have been used by high school students to enrich their experiences and get them used to college resources. School is deeply focused on health sciences, youth development, and the medical field, which caters to students who are very interested in those fields.

What I liked about the Middle College at UNCG is that they gave us students the chance to be able to take college classes and provided us with teachers who cared about us and wanted to see us be successful. The student to teacher ratio was great so I was able to interact with my teachers on a personal stage. The school was very diverse and getting the chance to learn about everyone’s culture and how they interact with others was very interesting. One thing that I would change about the Middle College is the inability to get as much freedom as we should. I felt like if they were preparing us to be College,Career, and Life ready then they should allow us to get food off campus and do things that college students usually do, under a certain extent. Overall the Middle College is a great program to be apart of and it is also a great learning experience.
It's a good school with rigorous courses that prepare students for college, career, and life. The school has amazing staff with amazing resources for students. Also, the school is very diverse and is open-minded. I enjoy the school because of the huge opportunity to take college course on a college campus. Students get the opportunity to earn college credit, which is a great opportunity.
