I would say my experience at The Middle College at Guilford Technical Community College has been challenging but enjoyable. The atmosphere amongst the student body is very welcoming and the teachers are always keeping you on your toes. Attending this school really encouraged me to push myself to go further. Everyone is always very supportive of each other, and downfalls are always addressed in a sense of perseverance. Since it is a smaller school, no one gets overlooked and everyone gets what they need to insure their success. The teachers really make sure that they do their part, and more, in pushing the students to do well. Even though the school doesn't offer a "regular" high school experience, I feel like I got so much more to carry on throughout my journey from attending there.
I really enjoyed my time being at GTCC - Greensboro. It was very student involved and you really were able to get 1 on 1 teaching due to the small classrooms. I also enjoyed doing clubs, as you were able to really bond with friends and work on interesting and intriguing projects at the same time. The school has the best counselor who makes sure you are on track to whatever you want your future to be and also makes sure your mental health is good. The school gives you a lot of opportunities to give back which not only is a good way to get involved in the community but also support the environment in which you live in. Being a GTCC-Greensboro is the best way to get the best value out of your education while also prioritizing other activities.
Good college experience! Just lacks good facilities, and financial help for the students! Sports is below average
