MLS is a great school. It’s founded upon its very crucial mission to prepare students for the public ministry of the gospel. It gave me all I needed to be successful in life and, although i’m not going into the ministry, it prepared me to make a noticeable impact on this world as I share my faith with others. I’ll never forget my time there , and I’ll be forever thankful for the transformative experience and wonderful memories it blessed me with. Proud to be a cardinal!

Michigan Lutheran Seminary seems as if it is too good to be true, but it is true! This school is absolutely amazing. The teachers know exactly how to present information so that students not only remember things but actually understand them too. The food is well cooked, diverse, and has many healthy options. This school prepares students for college in a way that I didn't think was even possible before I attended the school. They offer ACT prep classes and aim their curriculum to mirror certain characteristics of college. There has never been a moment at this school that I have felt unsafe. This is done through security cameras and an intercom system to make sure that intruders do not enter the school.
What I truly enjoyed about MLS while I was there was the Lutheran atmosphere that surrounded me, which was shown to me through the way everybody acted like a second family to me. Where that really came through was in their music department. Their music department is what makes MLS so loved by many. Juniors and Seniors have the opportunity to be in the MLS Concert Choir, a traveling choir that gets to sing out about twice a month and perform music for various WELS congregations in Michigan. Concert Choir was and continues to be the greatest part of MLS.
