At the beginning of my education at MLC I feel like it was better quality than what it is currently. We have no extracurricular except for student ran club that no teachers want to lead and we have no sports. Given we are a small school I understand not having sports and we can walk to our neighbor school Lincoln and take sports and other classes there. As for the teachers and administrators, I feel like they could support students who have conflict and review both sides.

MLC is a very nourishing environment. We have a Kindergartener there and I am blown away by the curriculum. Lots of experiential learning opportunities, art, and social justice focus which is exactly what we were looking for in a school. Social emotional growth is huge here. My child is so excited to go to school. He is only in Kindergarten but so far the community is wonderful and he is learning so much.
Good for self-motivated students, but has a constantly changing administration and teachers. It can also be difficult to make friends if one starts in high school.
