This school has been amazing! The small environment makes the entire high school experience more comfortable, especially for someone with social anxiety.
Everything about the school makes you feel welcome and supported. The teachers always have their doors open so you can stop by and ask for help. The students are also incredibly close knit that it is virtually impossible to feel left out. It can be hard to recognize that students are in different grades because everyone hangs out together, regardless of how old they are.
That's just the social aspect of school. The teachers take it to a whole new level when it comes to education. They clearly put a lot of time and effort into creating engaging presentations, planning fun activities, and giving kids the time they need to practice the skills they learn in class. Even though there are limited electives, they still sneak in the option for important classes like personal finance. On top of all of that, MMACHS recently made it possible for students to earn an associates degree on top of the certifications that they would normally receive.
There is truly no better school than MMACHS.

The small school environment offers a more personalized education than a standard high school. The teachers and staff are really amazing. I really feel like my daughter is going to be ready for college after her experience at Meridian Medical Arts Charter High School. We love the school and feel very lucky to have a medical high school right in our town. It’s a top notch school for sure!
