Mercy School Institute Reviews
Rating 4.38 out of 5 13 reviews
I went to school there until I graduated and it was great! There was a very small tight knit community with less than 30 students in each class. The teachers really took their time to help their students in any way they could which fostered great relationships. I learned not only what I needed to learn for the core curriculum but I also gained a lot for my Muslim identity. I also was able to join clubs that I enjoyed including STUCO, debate, and school leadership. I was very prepared for college and what it took for higher education. I have great memories there and still have amazing relationships with the teachers and students. Even the school principle got to know students one-on-one. You could really tell that the school cared about their students and wanted them to succeed. I would highly recommend parents to send their kids here, even if it is a short amount of time, because you can multiple things by attending there. I look forward to the things that Mercy does in the future.
As a current senior in Mercy School, I can say that I have enjoyed my experience at the school and have learned many things while being here. First things first, this school is an Islamic School and with that being said, you would have to be Muslim to attend the academic establishment. The school offers various tools such as Quran memorization, the Arabic language, and in-depth lessons on Shariah Law. The school is k-12, so there are children of all ages that attend the school. Students are respectful to school staff and to other students, making the overall atmosphere absolutely superb. The school offers a variety of different activities such as soccer teams for the lower grades and the National Honor Society for higher grades. I can personally say that I am thankful to my parents for putting me in this school due to the fact that it made me into the person I am today and has paved the path for a future to look forward to.
