I greatly enjoyed my time at Mercy Academy. My favorite part was how many choices for classes there are. I was able to take AP Art, Speech and Communication, and Creative Writing my senior year. The food isn't too bad but it makes up for it with different selections. If you don't like the main entree then you can pick the others offered (plus the cookies are to die for). The teachers are great! I loved all of them as they are great to get life advice from.

Mercy Academy is a place that I adore very much because it is my second home. No space has ever made me feel so comfortable and like myself as much as Mercy does. The atmosphere is one of the most welcoming a person can experience, and everyone is always making sure that one another is included. I transferred to Mercy having no idea who anyone was, yet I met my best friends there. The teachers and faculty care about each student equally and are always willing to help anyone who needs assistance. Each teacher enjoys helping the students learn, answering questions, and giving extra time to their students outside of class if need be. School spirit is spread evenly through every student, and there is rarely a negative spark found. The only thing I would love to see more of is diversity! It would be nice to walk among a widespread group of ethnicities in Mercy's hospitable hallways, but unfortunately as a private school it does not withhold much variation at all.
Mercy is a small highschool and since my freshman year, has felt more like a home than a building. The staff are all so caring and involved and truly want the best for each and every girl.
The education I have received is valuable and applicable to every day life. Faith and humanity are consistent each day in curriculum.
The only thing I would change is for mercy to be closer to my home!
