Honestly, didn’t learn anything my 8th grade year, the teacher ended retiring at the end of the year but he was really bad at teaching and didn’t really help at all. My other class were alright but some teachers just didn’t know how to teach and would let their students do whatever they wanted. Which brings me to my next point, the students were terrible there and people would always gossip and start drama and I just hated this school so much but it’s alright.

I went to McLoughlin for all 3 years of middle school and for the most part It was an average school. Things that were good about it were the good teachers because you can make great connections, sports were always the best out of all the schools in Tri-Cities, kids were alright. Things that are bad are the bad teachers because they can be real mean and love to favorite students, the office staff sucked because they weren’t very opening with ideas while I was in leadership. They kinda said no to fun things other than the principal. Kids at this school really love to talk bad and just gossip a lot and cause drama because they’re your average immature middle schoolers. I really can only think of 3 teachers out of my 3 years here at McLoughlin that I really appreciate and I felt supported me the most and we’re always kind.
The teachers are okay. Some are really effective at teaching and can really help you learn, but some don't really make things clear to understand.
