McAdory High School Reviews
Rating 3.43 out of 5 206 reviews
I would say that for the most part I really enjoyed my time at McAdory and the people that I was able to meet. One thing that I believe needs to be improved on is the opportunities for students to get involved in programs and things that are not necessarily a conventional way to learn because it makes kids more versatile in their learning. The best thing about McAdory though, is that for the most part all the teachers care and that is a big advantage to have especially now looking at students' education, I just believe that there should be a bigger push in trying to get kids to learn and care about their own education.
Something I enjoy about McAdory High is the opportunities that this school has given me. For example, I was able to earn my Patient Care Technician certification through a health sciences program here. Also, I feel that this school has prepared me for the real world. Something I would change about McAdory is the building itself, which is really old and run-down. In addition, I feel that communication between students and teachers/administration could improve.
Overall I like the school. I just wish some of the teachers were more hands on and diverse with their teaching styles. I also wish that there were more programs for the arts like fashion, dance, theatre, art, etc.
