Starting my freshman year, the school was at its best, however, it seems that things started to decline as the years went by. I liked mostly all of my teachers, as many of them help their students and were enjoyable to be around. Most of my electives were great, but some were completely different and a let down from what was expected. There are many after-school activities, but unless you're part of football, you're probably going to have to do some fundraising to earn money for them. Also, the block scheduling needs to be improved or thrown out. I've gone literally the entire year of 2017 without having a single math class before taking Calculus. It has also ultimately resulted in them doing nothing with our 2nd period my last school year. It lasted a whole semester and something could have been done with it. Overall, I had a decent high school experience, but by my senior year, I was glad to leave. Seeing that the school has changed principals again, I can only hope for the best.

My high school experience was great! I enjoyed Friday night football, while leading the varsity cheerleader squad. As the Varsity cheerleader captain, I learned to be a leader with the hopes of leaving a positive impact on the underclassmen.

I found pleasure in being recognized and involved in high achievement societies. I enjoyed helping others when needed. I would certainly choose this school again if I had to do it all over. I look forward to sharing my experience with my younger siblings while they share their experiences with me.
I have attended McAdory High School for the past 3 years. Throughout my time at McAdory I have enjoyed many different things, but also I have had some complaints through the years. McAdory is a great place for many people because it provides classes, organizations, clubs, and many other pathways for our students to take. I have created so many relationships that will hopefully last forever. Although I have a great time day to day in my school, the education is not the highest. There are just a handful of teachers who really care about their students and are willing to do anything for them. On the downside, the majority of the employees act like they could care less about their student's education. I have left my freshman, sophomore, and junior not knowing much more than when I started out. My parents have had many complaints that have never been resolved or answered. Yes there are many pros to McAdory High School, but there are definitely more cons.
