Honestly one of the best high schools in Kansas. This is like a family. There are so many students that know each other and get along. The faculty is great and they do a lot to make sure the students are meeting requirements. The school prepares them for life and college making sure they are ready for everything that is going to be thrown at them. They also make sure students are being treated correctly and make them feel like home. I wouldn't wish to have to another school!

The overall experience at Marysville Junior Senior High School is a very good one. Marysville has a great environment with encouraging and positive environment. You get this experience from academics and athletics. They are willing to help you in the classroom or on the field.
The smallness of the town increased the experience. It was nice to feel like when you were succeeding people were there to congratulate you. It was also nice to know that when you were going through a difficult time and needed some help those same people wanted to pick you up and get you back on the right track. The people working in the school and in the community understand that we all together were a family and that families are always there for eachother. When you can understand that everyone is in it together that's when people can prosper and success can come of it.
The staff really puts a lot of effort into the students. Since it's a smaller school, a closer bond is able to exist. I really like the variety of higher up courses offered. Marysville partners with a local community college and I have greatly utilized the education offered from there while in high school.
