Mary Our Queen School Reviews

Administration is weak and lead by parents. Curriculum and teaching is not prepared to support high aptitude students. Teachers do not keep up with grading homework, and the online system is not used uniformly by them. Culture excludes those from outside the neighborhood or who are not alumni or children of alumni. Bullying is tolerated, and building/facilities are tired.
Mary Our Queen is a below average school in the Omaha area beginning with a weak administration and lack of resources. Bullying is not addressed and teacher's are tired. The 17/1 student/teacher ratio posted on this site is not the case for any class at this school - most class sizes are 25 plus lacking para support.
The teachers are probably the best teachers that I have ever had. The families are all really close to each other. Over all the experience was great.

The school does a terrible job with high ability kids. Although it has an online system, the teachers aren't mandated to update it regularly so it's near impossible for a parent to get an accurate view of current/missing assignments.
The administration is weak and the public schools in the area do a better job. The math program is particularly weak for the higher grades. Only offer to help is to work through the public school system's resources.
Love this school! All 3 of my kids went there. Lots of things to get involved in. Teachers are great. Feels like family!
