I would say Marshall is a very lovable place! Strong academics and various events have made me becoming more confident and independent. Both faculties and students in the school are super friendly and helpful. But I would rate 5 stars if the school is more diverse, and inclusive. People seem to stick with their own groups and refuse to open up. I transferred to Marshall one year ago, but I still don’t feel comfortable and welcomed sometimes. I am an international student from China and I stay in the dorm. The dorm is not a great place to stay, residential advisors barely listen to students’ voice, and we barely have something fun to do.

Marshall School is a great academic school that offers many resources when it comes to education. The school offers a lot of assistance and hands-on learning for every subject. The teachers are very flexible and help accommodate to every student. If I could change anything about the school though, I would change how much the administration controls things, and give more a voice to the student body.
I really love the small classes. The teachers are very encouraging and helpful. The biggest thing that I wish the school would change is incorporating CITS so we would be able to get college "credit" for some of the undergraduate prerequisites.
