Why Marshall High School? At first, I didn't wanna go to Marshall just because of all the things I would hear about it in middle school but once it was my first day of freshman year I fell in loved with Marshall! I made new friends, memories, achievements, and everyone that attended Marshall was all friendly and helpful with anything. Marshall High School has a ton of classes for everyone like nursing, construction, military, finance, and many more things. I defiantly recommend Marshall High School because it was the best for me!
I have had successful years at Marshall High school. All of this couldn't be done without the staff nor my peers. It's probably what you expect from other schools or even better. The athletics have had its ups and downs but I believe the ups are winning. There are many clubs and organizations that one could join, each having a wide diversity range. Safety at the school is our staff's priority. They don't protect us because they have to, it's because they WANT to. Facilities are mostly kept clean and organized and the few times they aren't, it's not that bad. The food is great and the fine arts are really fine. There's a wide range of class varieties such as Ap or STEM courses. The best class, in my opinion, are the CTE classes. In those classes that's where we learn to practice our abilities in whatever career we wish to be in. Resources are plentiful and available to us students.Libraries, computers, and materials are ready right there in case they are in need.Overall, it's very great!
Im proud to say Im apart of a school like Marshall, They put the needs of the students first & constantly strive to be better. As soon as you're apart of our school, they make sure you have a career plan & if you're not, they help you create one. Before entering Marshall high school, I knew nothing about college or what I would have to do to get there, but they had us meeting with our councilors every month making sure we weren't in the dark about anything, & for that, we understood how things worked, what colleges looked at & so much more!
