I love how welcoming Marquette Senior High School is to incoming students and how they offer programs for people who want to study abroad. Also, there is plenty of options for academics, arts, music, and more! However, if I could change anything, it would be how much funds are put into the art programs, music programs, and the metals shop and wood shop. Additionally, I would change the lunches since, not only are they not appetizing, but they don't seem to be that healthy since the fruit is rotting and the lunches themselves have too much grease.

My experience with MSHS overall is that the academics, teachers, and facilities they host are on par with many amazing schools in this country.

They are known for their sports they have everything from football to bowling and the most likely will place in every competition they enter into.
The facilities are absolutely astounding for a high school. They have two gyms, a weight room, four tennis courts, a small theater, a coffee shop, a pool, and they are one of the only schools in the country that have a planetarium.
The teachers are on the same level as everything else i have stated so far. Every teacher I have come into contact with has been nothing but helpful and kind to me and every other student, and they truly try and help us achieve our aspirations and goals.

However, The kids have been going to school together since kindergarten and it is very difficult to try and find a friend group.

Overall it is a great school academically but a poor one socially.
Marquette Senior High School is one of the most peer pressure, and anxiety/depression inducing schools someone can go to. I feel like part of it was because I haven't lived in the community since birth and haven't grown up around the other students, which made making friends more of a struggle than it needed to be. I felt I had no support from staff leaving me very stranded in my head causing my grades to struggle, it's a very independent school that's quick-paced and capable of leaving a horrible cast of pressure through students.
