I love the friendly environment at Marmaton Valley. I have been at this school since 2nd grade and have loved it ever since. We are a poor school, but we do very good for what we have. The teachers and staff are supportive and friendly. Every school has their issues however. Being a small school, sometimes I wish we had more activities and clubs. This year we introduced and KAY club and I wish it would have came to our school sooner. I am enjoying being a senior though and being able to lead the others in the club. I feel Marmaton Valley has impacted my life in huge way and I will never forget it. Some kids want to leave and go to bigger schools, but I personally wouldn't trade my small school for any other school.

During my High School year, I learned a lot from the teachers. They have helped me out when needed and helped prepare me for my future. The sports are great.
