There are great academics and the teachers really care about students' success. There is tutorial almost everyday and that really helped me this year. The one thing that I think needs improvement is the diversity. I mean diversity in student population which leads to diversity in ideas. It sometimes seems as if you can't express your ideas if it goes against the majority of the students' ideas, but I always find a way to express my ideas.
Review Marist School
I will graduate in May, and I have absolutely loved the years I have spent at Marist. The academics have been hard, but it is absolutely a collaborative rather than a competitive environment. The teachers are so so willing to help whenever you need something - academic or otherwise. Above all, I love the culture at Marist. It is such a loving community amongst the students, and Christ is very much at the center of things.
There are SO many things to like about Marist. I will list some of the highlights:
- the coursework is challenging
- teachers REALLY care about their students
- teachers are passionate about their subjects
- the arts department is top notch
- my child has made wonderful friends (who also value a good education)
- if you are concerned about sending your child to a Catholic school,
