Marietta Middle School Reviews

1 review
I'm leaving the school this year. I've had issues throughout my life with mental issues such as depression, PTSD, and anxiety. The school does offer a 504 program, for which I am grateful, but if you have a student with mental issues, you need to be sure to deeply elaborate with teachers about it. I miss a lot of school as a consequence of my issues, and my teachers didn't understand the severity of what I needed until they saw me have a breakdown.
Despite this, the majority of the teachers have intriguing lessons and characters. My two favorite teachers are Marc Simay (7th.) and Angela Jacobs (8th.). They are sweet, engaging, and took note of every student. If there's one teacher I dislike, I would say it was Demetrius Duncan. He's not very engaging.
Aside from that, the school is most definitely not the worst, and I do recommend it. Its diverse and interesting.
