Marianapolis Preparatory School Reviews

MPrep was a great school for me. Whenever I wanted to explore an interest (robotics, coding, crochet, sustainability, etc) there was always a teacher there to help grow it. The community was an integral part of the school. Weekly all school events were blocked into our schedule for us to participate in different activities (like lantern making or habit taking) while leaning about different cultures or work on self improvement.
The food was decent overall although the menu was a little repetitive (I'd say we had tacos 80% of the Tuesdays). If you are a tea drinker there is a great station to make your own tea any time of day.
Marianapolis has great options for athletics with opportunities both for those who wish to pursue a sport in college or would prefer to practice recreationally.
The school provides countless opportunities for success, you just have to choose which one.

Marianapolis Prep School is an excellent institute, in which an environment of community flourishes. The academic schedule permits students with flexibility to choose their own rigor, along with unique programs such as the Centers of Excellence, encompassing business, social justice, computer science, and engineering. Students additionally have numerous clubs extracurricular, and leadership opportunities to select from, becoming as involved in the community as they desire. From participating in three Varsity seasons, to performing in an evening ensemble, to relaxing and having fun in my clubs, to helping add to the lives of others, to leading my peers through their high school journeys, Marianapolis has allowed me to transform into the multi-skilled and versatile individual I am today.
I love going here so incredibly much! The community is absolutely fantastic and the array of classes offered is incredibly wide. From business to engineering, whatever your interest may be you will find classes to take on it here. I also love that students can start whatever club they want to, no matter what age they are. Sports are fantastic, anyone can do whatever sport they want, for example, although I had never played field hockey in my life I was able to pick it up freshman year, and now it is one of my favorite sports. The food is fantastic, SAGE does an incredible job of providing healthy food for the students with many options. The school has worked hard to bring in speakers to talk to the students about many different topics, some notable speeches being the Narraganset Bay, Organ Donation, and MLK. A favorite thing to do at school is LEAP week, and basketball games. If you are looking for a high school this is it! I am so grateful to be a part of the Mprep community <3
