This school was my home way from home. The small school size made my peers like family to me, and I loved all four years that I was in there. Honestly, if I could choose between continuing with college, or reliving my entire four hears of high school, I would choose the chance to come back here again in a heartbeat! I miss this school so much, all of the teachers were so kind and motivating, while still being tough enough to have your respect. I became a better, stronger, and more courageous person because of the environment this school has. This was my home, and I wish every day that I could go back to it.

At this school you are given the opportunity to find an internship that matches your interests and passions. You can intern at a bakery, school, photography studio... Anywhere basically! You also do projects based on your interests, so you can do a project about bullying and its effects on a community. The teachers really do care about you and want you to succeed. The classes are good, considering they have little funding. The teachers all really want to help you succeed. There is also a unique opportunity called the 5th Year Program. If you enter and are accepted into this prestigious program you have the opportunity to stay an extra year to take college classes at Front Range Community College for free to receive your associates degree. It's unique and very family like. Every one is welcome and included, and it is student driven.
My experience at Mapleton Early College has been great since my freshmen year. The teachers here help you with anything that you need despite them teaching something else. The faculty is always nice and make sure to keep everything nice and clean, even though we make sure that the classrooms are clean before the day ends. The schools has many different clubs ranging from an acting club called Paradox to a Magic The Gathering club. Not just that but we accept kids that identify themselves in the LGBTQ community. We always support one another on everything we do, as well as projects where we need student advice. I would never change my experience at this school. I absolutely love it.
