Maple Grove Senior High has a great all-around environment for students, teachers, and parents. Learning is very individualized, as there are many levels of advancement to fulfill each students learning needs and styles. There are various teachers that make the students feel heard and understood. They are able to teach effectively, while still maintaining a fun class environment. Finally, the school spirit and activities are extremely fun to be involved in. Spirit weeks, sporting events, clubs, and theater are all significant to being a student here. This school encourages involvement within school activities, which creates more inclusivity and family-like conditions. Attending Maple Grove Senior High has been an amazing experience for me, and I would encourage others to go here as well.
Good teachers. Counselors inconsistent. Focus not on good academic students because of resources. Cliques dominate socially. You can probably find one. Most students won't say hello let alone reach out with kindness to someone not in their social group. It is sometimes a cruel place. Informal rich mean girl group "senior ladies" try to
to dominate at big sport games. Most other kids make fun of their spray tans and bleachy hair which also isn't nice. Lots of drug use and sex in popular and other crowds. Girls tolerate misogyny (rampant here) for social status. Not surprising that kids who are supposed "leaders" in sports and others sometimes get in trouble such as addiction or legal with the culture of arrogance, meanness, and spoiled kids. You can get a good education here, but the majority are very happy to be done wishing for a better atmosphere in college.

As a senior at Maple Grove Senior High I’ve had a lot of great experiences when it came to academics, sports, faculty, and students.
Everyone typically gets a long but of course you have your typical dramas that go around the school every once and awhile. The faculty is very supportive of everyone and I mean everyone! They put the students first and always have. I personally have never had a bad experience with the faculty and I know most of my friends haven’t either. The food is pretty good, they also serve salads and sandwiches along with a bunch of snacks like soft serve ice cream and chips and cookies, they also sell a variety of drinks like Sparkling Ice, Gatorade, different types of juices, smoothies, water bottles etc. The academics are very good along with the athletics. Maple Grove has a lot of clubs and organizations to offer as well. I strongly recommend Maple Grove Senior High to anyone that is thinking about it as an option.
